TreeAlbum turns scattered pictures into a keepsake: a scrapbook-style photo album linked to your family tree. It is free, and everything stays on your own computer.
Windows 10 and 11 · No account · No subscription
Add photos, say who is in them, and TreeAlbum keeps the people, places and moments connected.
Flip through polaroid-style pages, turn a photo over to read its story, and zoom in to see every detail. The album fills your whole screen.
Build your tree and see everyone's photos on their own page, with a timeline from baby pictures to today.
Click a face to tag a person, so you can find every photo of Grandpa in seconds.
Arrange photos on creative pages with borders, captions and notes, for birthdays, trips and holidays.
Print albums and scrapbook pages to share as gifts or keep on the shelf.
Keep separate albums for each side of the family, each branch, or each project, and switch with one click.
Open the album from phones and other computers on your home Wi-Fi by scanning a QR code.
One click saves your whole album to a single file. Restore it on any computer.
TreeAlbum is not a cloud service. It runs on your computer and keeps your photos in a folder you can see, open and back up.
There is nothing to install and no settings to fight with.
Free for personal use. Share it with relatives, too.
